Cookies

(I always double the recipe, so that's how I will give it to you, 1/2 it if you think it is too much)
| 2 cups margarine (butter if you're rich) | 4 eggs |
| 1 1/2 cups white sugar | 4 1/2 cups flour |
| 1 1/2 cups brown sugar | 2 tsp baking soda |
| 2 tsp vanilla | 1 tsp salt |
| 3 cups chocolate chips | 1 cup chopped pecans |
| (I don't like walnuts) |
Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire racks.
(Again this is a double recipe)

| 1Tbsp margarine | 1 1/4 cup shredded coconut |
| 1 tsp vanilla | 1/2 cup chopped nuts |
| 3/4 cup shortening | 1 tsp salt |
| 1 cup brown sugar | 1 tsp baking soda |
| 1 egg | 1/2 tsp ground cloves |
| 1/4 cup molasses | 1 tsp ground cinnamon |
| 2 cups flour | 1 tsp ground ginger |
